Cyber Security Incident Reporting

Scope

Should you suspect or detect a cyber security incident or event which involves one of our systems, you should use this process to inform us so that we can take action.

We are responsible for systems under:

  • RIN Services
  • RIN Network Services
  • RIN Identity Services
  • RIN Mail
  • Customers hosted on services provided by the above entities (with limited liability)

Reporting an Incident

Cyber security incidents should be reported by email to security@rinservices.co.uk. If you deem appropriate, you can also encrypt the email using PGP and using the PGP key detailed below. Please ensure that you include as much information as possible and that you include means for follow-up if required. You should also use this form of contact for vulnerability disclosure. We also participate in the security.txt programme.

For data/regulatory requests, please contact abuse@rinservices.co.uk. Please ensure that you include as much information as possible including any supporting evidence. Means of contact to follow-up is also required.
