Enterprise Apps
The below are shortcuts to some commonly used corporate apps. Some of these may not be accessible without an active ZTNA connection.
ZTNA access is not self-service and requires administrator provisioning. Contact support@rinservices.co.uk for assistance.
Note: All of the below apps will require authentication. Some apps will authenticate automatically depending on the device you are using. Not all available apps are listed here due to various access restrictions.
Access restrictions and VPN considerations
Some apps may not be accessible when connecting from outside of the UK. This includes when connecting from within an EU country. If such connectivity is required, this must be pre-approved by security@rinservices.co.uk. Retrospective authorisation can take time and after approval can take several hours to take effect and permit access.
Note: Although not blocked, the use of personal privacy VPN solutions such as NordVPN are not encouraged. Additionally, where country location changing is used, this may result in access being disabled while the VPN is active or your account being disabled due to the connectivity looking suspicious. The ZTNA client will not function alongside another VPN product.
